

Delicious Meatballs are tasty meatballs made with a base of a mixture of cereal cream enriched with beef puree and grated Parmigiano cheese. They are pleasantly soft and have a delicate flavor, perfect to enjoy on any occasion.




Work the cereal cream with a few tablespoons of hot water to obtain a rather consistent mixture; then add the beef puree, the egg, the oil, and the Parmesan cheese while mixing well.
Form small meatballs the size of a walnut and place them on a covered plate that you will set over a pot of boiling water.
Steam cook for about 15 minutes.

Store the meatballs in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
