Delight Steaks are a tasty and light side dish, perfect to accompany any main course. The soy cutlets are enriched with onions, tomatoes, bouillon cube, ground basil with salt and eggs, then breaded and cooked in a pan with olive oil. The result is an irresistible delight with a unique and fragrant flavor.
Coat the soy cutlets in egg and breadcrumbs and fry them for 5 minutes over low heat
Prepare the sauce separately with the tomatoes, sliced onions, half a bouillon cube and the ground basil with salt, and cook it well until it reduces
When the sauce is thick enough, add the fried cutlets and serve after another 5 minutes of cooking
