The Dietetic Meat Ragù is a light yet flavorful version of the classic meat ragù. Made with lean ground meat, peeled tomatoes, and fragrant herbs, this side dish is rich in taste but with less fat. Perfect to pair with whole wheat pasta or as a base for light lasagna.
In a pot, place all the ingredients (without adding water) except for the tomato and oil, and cook while stirring for about ten minutes after salting
Add the tomato and cook until it has completely reduced
Only then add the olive oil (to taste) and stir
And now, with a drum roll
the pressure cooker version!!!! Same procedure but once the tomato is added, close the pot and cook everything for 25 minutes from the first whistle
