
The Dietetic Meat Sauce is a lighter yet flavorful version of the classic meat sauce. Made with lean ground meat, peeled tomatoes, and fragrant herbs, this side dish is rich in flavor but lower in fat. Perfect to pair with whole grain pasta or as a base for light lasagna.







In a pot, place all the ingredients (without adding water) except for the tomatoes and oil, and cook while stirring for about ten minutes after salting.
Add the tomatoes and cook until completely reduced.
Only then add the olive oil (to taste) and mix.
And now, with a drum roll,
the pressure cooker version!!!! Same procedure, but once you add the tomatoes, close the pot and cook everything for 25 minutes from the first whistle.
