

Dietetic Meat Ragù is a light but flavorful version of the classic meat ragù. Made with lean ground meat, peeled tomatoes and aromatic herbs, this sauce is rich in flavor but lower in fat. Perfect served with whole wheat pasta or used as a base for lighter lasagna.
Put all the ingredients (without adding water), except the tomatoes and the oil, into a pot and cook, stirring, for about ten minutes after salting
Add the tomatoes and cook them until they have completely reduced
Only then add the olive oil (to taste) and stir
And now, drumroll please
Pressure cooker version!!!! Same procedure but once the tomatoes are added, close the pressure cooker and cook everything for 25 minutes from the first whistle
