The Diet Meat Ragù is a light yet flavorful version of the classic meat ragù. Made with lean ground meat, peeled tomatoes, and aromatic herbs, this side dish is rich in taste but lower in fat. Perfect to pair with whole wheat pasta or as a base for light lasagna.
In a pot, place all the ingredients (without adding water) except for the tomatoes and oil, and cook while stirring for about ten minutes after salting
Add the tomatoes and cook until they are completely reduced
Only then add the olive oil (to taste) and stir
And now, drum roll please
the pressure cooker version!!!! Same procedure but once the tomatoes are added, close the pot and cook everything for 25 minutes from the first whistle
