    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 5

      Slice the apples and coarsely chop the dried fruit

    2. STEP 2 OF 5

      In a bowl, combine the eggs, flours, melted butter, orange juice, 1 tablespoon of grated zest, and honey

    3. STEP 3 OF 5

      Line the mold with baking paper and alternate layers of apples and dried fruit, then cover everything with the cream

    4. STEP 4 OF 5

      Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour

      Unmold the dessert when it is cold
