- Savoy cabbage

Preparation

Clean, wash, and slice the cabbage into strips
- STEP 2 OF 7
Chop garlic and onion and sauté them in 4 tablespoons of oil in a large pot

Add the cabbage and let it wilt over low heat with the pot covered for 15 minutes

Add 200 cl of hot water and continue cooking over low heat for an hour

Add the pasta and chili pepper and cook the pasta
