Preparation

    In a saucepan over the heat, pour the elderberries, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, then add enough water to cover

    When the berries are cooked, pass them through a sieve and pour the obtained cream into another pan

    Add the milk, butter, and finally the flour

    Let it simmer gently, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is reached
