Clean the fennel by removing the hard parts at the base and the leafy part
Rinse them, then cut them in half and then into regular wedges
Place the wedges in a baking dish, lightly salt them, then sprinkle with the crumbled broth cube
Distribute the well-rinsed and drained capers on top
Sprinkle with plenty of oregano, then drizzle with a little olive oil
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap
Microwave for 10 minutes at 3/4 power, then let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes before serving
