Clean the figs (which should not be too ripe) with a cloth, chop them finely with their skin, and place them in a bowl
Add the flour, sugar, egg, and grated lemon zest; mix carefully adding also the Marsala and finally the yeast
Mix for a long time until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough
Grease a pan, pour in the mixture and place in a preheated oven for 45 minutes
