Clean the fish, fillet it, and then rub it entirely with salt
Thoroughly clean the vegetables and cut them all into not too large chunks
Place the fish fillet in a pan with hot oil and fry it on both sides
Remove it from the pan when it is well browned and in the same oil add the sliced onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, chili pepper, tomato sauce, and water
After 10 minutes, add the vegetables and let them cook
Place the vegetables and fish in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees
