

Fish with Vegetables is a delicious dish made with grouper fillet accompanied by potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and bell peppers. Everything is cooked in a tasty tomato sauce enriched with garlic and chili. A healthy, light dish rich in Mediterranean flavors.
Clean the fish, fillet it and then rub it entirely with salt
Clean the vegetables well and cut them all into small chunks
Put the fish fillet in a pan with hot oil and fry it on both sides
Remove it from the pan when it is golden brown and in the same oil add the sliced onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, chili, tomato sauce, and water
After 10 minutes, add the vegetables and let them cook
Arrange the vegetables and the fish in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees
