

Sausage focaccia is a delicious appetizer typical of the Liguria region. Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll each separately into two rectangles the size of the baking sheet
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, cover it with one rectangle of dough, distribute the Fontina in thin slices and the crumbled sausage on top, lay the other rectangle of dough over it and seal the edges well
Scatter the garlic cut into thin slices and the rosemary needles over the surface
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for about 20 minutes
