Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they become white and frothy
Divide them into 2 equal parts; add raspberry syrup to one and blueberry syrup to the other and refrigerate
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and incorporate half of each of the 2 preparations, which will then be poured into 2 square molds and placed in the freezer for 4 hours
When ready to serve, unmold the ice creams onto a serving plate
