French Toast, also known as pain perdu or lost bread, is a delicious dish of French origin. It consists of slices of white bread soaked in a mixture of eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and milk, which are then cooked in a pan until golden brown. Perfect to enjoy as an appetizer or for a tasty breakfast.
Beat an egg with a tablespoon of sugar, plenty of cinnamon, and a bit of milk to form a nice batter
Place two slices of white bread in the egg, making sure they soak well (they should absorb almost all of it!), then fry them nicely
