100G - Sweet white wine
1Bottle - Mint
2Leaves - Gelatin sheets

Preparation

Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water

In a saucepan, slowly heat the wine, add the sugar and the squeezed gelatin sheets, stir, and when everything is dissolved, place in the refrigerator overnight
