
Fresh fruit in jelly is a light and refreshing summer dessert. The combination of fresh fruit and sweet jelly is perfect for hot days. You can use your favorite seasonal fruit and enrich the dessert with a sprinkle of fresh mint.








Soak the gelatin in a bowl filled with cold water
In a saucepan, slowly heat the wine, add the sugar and the squeezed gelatin, stir until everything is dissolved and refrigerate overnight
Arrange the washed and cut fruit in a rather wide bowl, alternating the colors carefully to create a nice chromatic effect, and refrigerate for a few hours
Just before serving, pour the jelly wine into the bowl which should have a semifluid consistency
Sprinkle the surface with chopped fresh mint and serve
