

Fresh tuna meatballs are a delicious dish made with chopped tuna mixed with pecorino cheese, eggs, pine nuts, raisins, and fresh herbs like parsley and sage. They are then breaded and fried until crispy and golden. An irresistible and versatile side dish to serve hot or cold.
Chop the tuna and mix it with cheese, eggs, pine nuts, soaked and squeezed raisins, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Shape into small meatballs and roll them first in flour, then in breadcrumbs, and fry them in oil after frying and removing some sage leaves.
