Fresh tuna meatballs are a delicious dish made from chopped tuna mixed with pecorino cheese, eggs, pine nuts, raisins, and fresh herbs like parsley and sage. They are then breaded and fried until crispy and golden. An irresistible and versatile side dish that can be served hot or cold.

Chop the tuna and mix it with cheese, eggs, pine nuts, soaked and squeezed raisins, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Shape into small meatballs and coat them first in flour, then in breadcrumbs, then fry them in oil after frying and removing some sage leaves.
Serve the meatballs on a bed of spring mixed greens.
