Fried panzerotti are delicious fried stuffed pastries typical of Apulian cuisine. The outer dough is crispy and golden, while the inside is soft and gooey thanks to the melted cheese. They are perfect as an appetizer or side dish. Try them and they will win you over!

Work the ingredients together to prepare a not too soft pizza dough

Roll out the dough into thin pizza bases, put a spoonful of sauce on each, add Parmesan cheese to taste, pepper to taste, and cheese that melts easily cut into cubes (avoid mozzarella as it releases too much water), close the pizza bases into half-moons pressing the edges well
