Preparation

Add the milk to the flour little by little until you obtain a rather thick but smooth batter
- STEP 2 OF 5
Add the salt, lemon zest, eggs (one at a time), and the squeezed raisins
- STEP 3 OF 5
Heat the oil and drop the mixture in spoonfuls
- STEP 4 OF 5
Fry the fritters over medium heat, place them on absorbent paper, and then coat them in sugar

Serve them hot
