Fritters with raisins are delicious fried sweets typical of Italian tradition. They are soft and slightly sweet, ideal to enjoy as a dessert or snack.
Add the milk to the flour little by little until you obtain a rather thick but smooth batter
Combine the salt, lemon zest, eggs (one at a time), and squeezed raisins
Heat the oil and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into it
Fry the fritters over medium heat, place them on absorbent paper, and then coat them in sugar
