  • Peeled and pitted fruit300g
  • Very cold cream20cl
  • Sugarto taste
  • Fresh fruit for garnishingto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Blend the fruit after cutting it into large pieces, then add the sugar, working until you obtain a smooth puree. Whip the cream separately, then add the fruit puree, mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Place in the freezer in a shallow metal container for a few hours.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Serve the ice cream scoops in an elegant cup and garnish with the fresh fruit of your choice.
