
Fruit ice cream is a fresh and flavorful dessert, perfect for summer days. It is made with peeled and pitted fruit, very cold cream, and sugar. A true gluten-free delight to enjoy at any time of the day.
Blend the fruit after cutting it into small pieces, then add the sugar, working until you obtain a homogeneous puree; separately whip the cream and add the fruit puree, mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.
Place in the freezer in a low metal container for a few hours.
Serve ice cream scoops in an elegant bowl and garnish with your favorite fresh fruit.
