Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Brush the ladyfingers with a mixture of rum, maraschino, and water, and use some of them to line a zuccotto mold. Whip the cream and add to half of it the strawberries, raspberries, banana slices, and chocolate.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Fill the mold with the mixture, cover with more ladyfingers, and refrigerate for 24 hours.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Spread the remaining cream over the surface and decorate with fruit.
