
The fruit zuccotto is a typical dessert of the Italian tradition. It is a fresh and colorful dessert, perfect for summer. It is made of savoiardi biscuits soaked in rum and maraschino, whipped cream, strawberries, raspberries, banana and other fruit as desired. Everything is then garnished with grated dark chocolate.












Brush the savoiardi with a mixture of rum, maraschino and water and use some of them to line a zuccotto mold. Whip the cream and add to half of it the strawberries, the raspberries, the banana sliced into rounds, and the chocolate.
Fill the mold with the mixture, cover with more savoiardi and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Spread the surface with the remaining cream and decorate with fruit.
