

Fusilli with Walnuts is a tasty pasta dressed with a walnut cream, cooked ham and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. A simple dish with an intense flavor, perfect for a special lunch or dinner.










Melt the butter over low heat until it starts to sizzle; add the cooked ham cut into strips and let it cook for 6-8 minutes; add the lemon zest, the cream, salt and pepper and cook everything for another 4 minutes, stirring.
Once the fusilli are drained and cooked al dente, toss them with the hot sauce, the chopped walnuts, plenty of grated Parmigiano Reggiano and serve immediately.
