Preparation

    Clean the cabbage, wash it, remove the core and hard ribs, and cut it into strips

    Wash and drain the cauliflower florets

    Clean the green beans, wash them, drain them, and cut them into 4 cm pieces

    Wash the bean sprouts and remove the green part

    Clean and crush the garlic

    Clean and finely chop the shallot

    Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or large deep pan, add the cabbage, cauliflower, bean sprouts, and green beans, and stir-fry for three to five minutes

    Remove the vegetables from the pan with a slotted spoon and place them on a serving dish
