Lamb chops with garlic are a tasty and succulent dish, typical of Mediterranean cuisine. The chops are browned in a pan with olive oil and garlic, then deglazed with white wine vinegar and finally baked. Potatoes are a perfect side dish to accompany the lamb chops. A simple recipe but with an intense flavor!
In 2 separate pans, fry 800 g of sliced potatoes and 800 g of lamb chops in a little oil
Crush a head of garlic and dilute with 25 cl of white wine vinegar and a glass of water
Pour half of this sauce over the potatoes and half over the lamb
Season both with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar
Cook for 10 minutes over high heat, shaking the pans occasionally
Serve the lamb chops and potatoes on the same serving dish
