Garlic lamb chops are a tasty and succulent dish typical of Mediterranean cuisine. The chops are browned in a pan with olive oil and garlic, then deglazed with white wine vinegar and finally cooked in the oven. Potatoes are the perfect side to accompany the lamb chops. A simple recipe but with an intense flavor!
In two separate pans fry in a little oil 800 g of sliced potatoes and 800 g of lamb chops
Crush one head of garlic and dilute it with 25 cl of white wine vinegar and one glass of water
Pour half of this sauce over the potatoes and half over the lamb
Season both with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
Cook for 10 minutes over high heat, shaking the pans from time to time
Serve the lamb chops and the potatoes on the same serving platter
