In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour with the yeast.
Add the lukewarm water and the oil, mixing well until you obtain a smooth dough.
Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Roll out the dough on a previously oiled baking tray, shaping it into a circle. Spread the tomato passata over the dough, adding salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Distribute the mozzarella cut into cubes and the slices of cooked ham. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the mozzarella is melted.
