Ingredients
- Corn flour
300g300g - Hot water
250mL250mL - Saltto taste
Preparation

Prepare the dough by kneading the corn flour and hot water. Form balls and gently flatten them by hand.

Roll out the balls with a tortilla press until you achieve the desired shape.

Cook the tortillas on a hot griddle until slightly charred spots form on both sides.
