
An original recipe for gluten-free tortillas, perfect for those following a gluten-free diet or for those with celiac disease. Simple to prepare and delicious to eat!


Prepare the dough by mixing corn flour and hot water. Form balls and gently flatten them by hand.
Roll out the balls with a tortilla press until reaching the desired shape.
Cook the tortillas on a hot griddle until light brown spots form on both sides.
Keep the tortillas warm by wrapping them in a clean towel until ready to serve.
Serve the tortillas as a base for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, or simply on their own with guacamole and salsa.
