

Gnocchetti and ricotta are a simple and flavorful first course. The gnocchetti are enriched with a delicious ricotta and tomato sauce, and then seasoned with onion, olive oil and parsley. A quick dish to prepare but with an authentic taste.














Thinly slice the onion and brown it in a little oil, add the peeled tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes over high heat.
Add the chopped parsley and the ricotta passed through a sieve and mix well.
Cook the gnocchetti in plenty of salted water, drain them and toss with the tomato and ricotta sauce and a grind of black pepper.
