Slice an onion and brown it in a tablespoon of lard, add 300 g of diced beef and brown it on all sides
Season with salt and sweet paprika
Cover with hot water and cook over low heat
When almost cooked, add 2 diced potatoes and a ripe tomato
Add more hot water, adjust the salt, and add 200 g of fresh egg pasta cut into small squares, cooked separately and drained
Serve hot
