

Goulash soup is a typical Hungarian dish, but it is also very popular in Italy. Made with tender and flavorful beef, this soup is rich in intense flavors and spices. The potatoes and fresh pasta complete the dish, making it a hearty and substantial meal.








Slice an onion and sauté it in a tablespoon of lard, then add 300 g of diced beef and brown it on all sides
Season with salt and sweet paprika
Cover with hot water and simmer on low heat
When almost done, add 2 diced potatoes and a ripe tomato
Add more hot water, adjust the salt, and add 200 g of fresh egg pasta cut into small squares that has been boiled separately and drained
