
Grape frittata is a sweet delight typical of autumn. This simple and tasty dessert is made with black grapes, eggs, butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The soft texture and the combination of sweetness and acidity of the grapes make this frittata an irresistible dessert.









Clean the grapes and let them macerate in a bowl with sugar and brandy for 1 hour
Beat the egg yolks with the breadcrumbs and add the whipped egg whites, mixing gently
Fry the butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture
Let it set and then place the grapes on top
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer it to the oven under the already hot grill for a few minutes
Serve the frittata cold, dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon
