Gratinated Onions are a delicious, crunchy and flavorful side dish, perfect to accompany meats and fish. White onions are slightly flattened and filled with a mix of breadcrumbs, salted anchovies, salted capers, parsley and garlic. They are then baked until golden and crispy. Once ready, the gratinated onions are served hot, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. A simple but tasty side to enrich your meals.

    In a bowl rubbed with garlic, prepare a chopped mixture of desalinated anchovies, desalinated capers and parsley; add the breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil

    Arrange the mixture on the onions placed in a baking dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, add 1/2 cup of water and bake at 200°C
