Clean the onions and cut them in half horizontally

In a bowl rubbed with garlic, prepare a chopped mixture of desalinated anchovies, desalinated capers and parsley; add the breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil
Arrange the mixture on the onions placed in a baking dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, add 1/2 cup of water and bake at 200°C
