Gratinated potatoes with anchovies are a delicious side dish rich in flavor. The potatoes are boiled until tender, then sliced and layered with anchovy fillets in oil and sliced onions. The whole is then sprinkled with a mix of cream, milk, salt, and pepper, and finally covered with a crunchy breadcrumb and melted butter topping. Once baked in the oven, the gratinated potatoes with anchovies become irresistibly golden and crispy on the outside, while remaining soft and creamy on the inside. Perfect for accompanying roasted meats or fish dishes.
