
Gratinated Swordfish is a very tasty and easy-to-prepare fish main course. The slices of swordfish are cooked in a pan with a delicious tomato sauce, enriched by the spicy flavor of capers and lemon juice. Finally, they are gratinated in the oven with a sprinkling of spicy pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs. Ideal to serve accompanied with a fresh mixed salad.






Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Remove the crust from the bread and grate it
Lightly grease a baking dish and sprinkle it with half of the breadcrumbs
Salt and season the swordfish slices with chili, place them in the dish, wet with lemon juice, and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil or special baking paper
Cook for 15 minutes
In the meantime, also grate the pecorino
After the indicated time, remove the fish from the oven and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and pecorino
Turn on the grill and leave the fish until the cheese has slightly melted and the breadcrumbs are a bit golden
Serve with some capers and sliced tomatoes
