

The green bean loaf is a delicious side dish made with fresh green beans and potatoes, enriched with ricotta and grated Parmigiano cheese. Perfect served warm as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to other main dishes.

















Boil the potatoes and press them through a potato ricer
Boil the green beans, chop them and sauté them in butter
Combine them with the potatoes, ricotta, eggs, Parmigiano and chopped marjoram; season with salt and pepper
Place the mixture in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes
