Preparation

    Boil the spinach, squeeze them and pass them through a sieve

    Do the same with the potatoes and combine them with the spinach, flour, and a pinch of salt

    Work the dough and shape it into gnocchi about 2 cm in size

    Heat the oil, add the purée, salt, cook for a few minutes, and add the cream

    Boil the gnocchi and dress them with the sauce, a little butter, and Parmesan
