

Grilled sea bream is a delicious fish main course typical of Mediterranean tradition. The sea bream is seasoned with parsley, lemon, and breadcrumbs to make it crunchy and flavorful. This dish is perfect for a light and healthy dinner.








Clean the sea bream and let them marinate for a few hours in oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Drain them and sprinkle with fine breadcrumbs.
Cook them on the heated grill of the oven over moderate heat for 15 minutes or a little more.
During cooking, turn the sea bream two or three times, brushing them with the marinade liquid.
Serve them immediately hot.
