It's better if you make it yourself, but it's also good if you buy it ready-made
Cut a block of tofu into slices about one centimeter thick; heat a thick-bottomed pan with a thin layer of oil and - when the temperature is right - place the tofu slices in it
Wait until they form a slight crust before turning them over with a spatula
Cook them for a few minutes on each side, adding a few drops of soy sauce and, if desired, some ginger and parsley
Serve immediately after cooking
