
Grilled tofu is a tasty vegan side dish made with tofu marinated in soy sauce, ginger, and parsley, grilled on a griddle. It's a light and healthy recipe, perfect to serve alongside vegetable dishes or as an accompaniment to main courses.


Grilled tofu is a quality fast food
If you make it yourself it's better, but it's good even if you buy it ready-made
Cut a block of tofu into slices about one centimeter thick; heat a heavy-bottomed pan with a thin layer of oil and - when the temperature is right - place the tofu slices in it
Wait for them to crisp up a bit before flipping them with a spatula
Cook them for a few minutes on each side, adding a few drops of soy sauce and possibly some ginger and parsley
Serve immediately
