

Hake with lemon is a tasty fish main course made with hake fillets cooked in butter and lemon. This recipe is simple to prepare and perfect to enjoy during the summer season.





Melt the butter, add the floured hake fillets, season with salt and cook for 3 minutes per side
In a bowl, beat the egg yolk with the lemon juice strained through a sieve, the cream, salt and pepper
Place the fillets on the serving plate and, in the pan used for cooking them, pour in the lemon mixture while stirring; let it thicken over low heat and pour over the fillets
