
Hake with Mushrooms
Hake with Mushrooms is a delicious fish main course, where hake fillets are cooked together with chanterelle mushrooms and parsley, creating a unique blend of flavors. The preparation is simple but the final result is truly tasty. Ideal to serve with fresh vegetable sides.
Ingredients
- Hake in slices
800G800G - Chanterelle mushrooms
300G300G - Spring onion
11 - Flour
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Butter
30G30G - Dry white wineto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Marjoramto taste
- Saltto taste
- Pepperto taste
Preparation

Remove the skin and the larger bones from the hake and flour it
- STEP 2 OF 8
Carefully clean the mushrooms and cut only the larger ones
- STEP 3 OF 8
In a large saucepan, sauté the chopped spring onion in butter for a couple of minutes, add the hake slices and brown them over high heat on both sides

Sprinkle with white wine and when it has evaporated, add the mushrooms and chopped parsley

Let it flavor for a few minutes, always over high heat

Lower the heat and continue cooking for about twenty minutes, stirring occasionally and turning the fish once or twice

Salt, pepper, and finish with chopped marjoram

You can replace the chanterelles with the same amount of champignons, adding some dried mushrooms softened in warm water and chopped for flavor
