Grease a springform pan about 18 cm in diameter with butter and line it with parchment paper
Beat butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy
Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to mix
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, hazelnuts and grated carrots
Add the mixture to the butter cream and pour it into the pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour
