Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Grease a springform pan of about 18 cm in diameter with butter and line it with baking paper

    Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until you get a smooth cream

    While continuing to mix, add the eggs a little at a time

    In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, hazelnuts, and carrots

    Add the mixture to the butter cream and pour it into the pan

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour
