Beat the eggs well with the sugar
Sift the flour with 2 teaspoons of ground ginger, a pinch of baking powder, the hazelnuts and a pinch of salt
Pour the mixture of dry ingredients onto the work surface, add the egg-and-sugar mixture and the softened butter cut into pieces
Knead by hand and let rest in the least cold part of the fridge for about half an hour
Roll out with a rolling pin to a little less than 1 cm thickness, cut into desired shapes and place on a baking tray
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes
