Chop the rosemary, thyme and oregano and put 3 tablespoons of them in a roasting pan where you will roll the lamb
Salt and pepper and put in the oven, letting it cook for 15 minutes for every 400 g of meat
When cooked, serve the meat sprinkled with the remaining aromatic herbs and accompany it with the French fries and the green beans that you have previously boiled in water and tossed in butter
