
Herb mayonnaise is a creamy and aromatic sauce, perfect for pairing with fresh vegetables or as a dressing for salads. Its preparation is simple and takes only a few minutes.


Put a small saucepan with some water on the stove
When it boils, add salt and put in the herbs, letting them cook for 5 minutes
Drain and let cool, then press them to remove the water
Put the two egg yolks in a bowl (or dish), beat them with a fork and start adding the oil drop by drop while always mixing in the same direction
