Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Finely chop the meat and the rind with a meat grinder and mixer and mix it with the ground spices, salt, whole pepper, pistachios, and diced fat

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Fill the casing with the mixture and after tying it, bake in the oven at 90 degrees for 4-6 hours, maintaining humidity with a pot of water

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Once cooked, immerse the mortadella in a pot of cold water and store in the fridge until consumption
