

Homemade paté is a delicious appetizer typical of Italian cuisine. Put chicken livers and veal liver in a pan with some butter and a chopped onion; cook them well on both sides; then deglaze with sherry or dry Marsala
Once cooked, process them in a food processor a couple of times with some raw ham, a bit of bread soaked in milk and well squeezed, and 70 g of butter
Mix everything well, adjust with salt and pepper, and finally add sliced truffle
Place the mixture in a nice shaped dish, pass it through a sieve, and refrigerate for at least one day
Serve sliced, accompanied by plenty of chopped gelatin served on the side
Blender or Food Processor
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days
