    In a glass of warm water, dissolve the yeast along with the sugar

    After this time, work the dough on the pastry board for a few minutes, shape it as desired, place it in a greased baking pan, cover again, and let it rise until it doubles in volume

    At this point, bake at maximum temperature for the first quarter of an hour, then lower the heat and bake for half an hour

    As soon as it is out of the oven, brush the surface with liquid honey
