In a glass of warm water dissolve the yeast along with the sugar
Meanwhile, warm the cream and in a bowl mix it with the honey, a pinch of salt, and a quarter of the flour
Now add the glass with the yeast and the rest of the flour gradually, working energetically
Cover the container with a clean cloth and let it rest for half an hour
After this time, knead the dough on a work surface for a few minutes, shape it as desired, and place it in a greased baking pan, cover again, and let it rise until it doubles in volume
At this point, place it in the oven at maximum temperature for the first 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake for half an hour
As soon as it's out of the oven, brush the surface with liquid honey
