Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a glass of lukewarm water
Meanwhile warm the sour cream slightly and in a bowl mix it with the honey, a pinch of salt and one quarter of the flour
Now add the glass with the yeast and the rest of the flour a little at a time, working vigorously
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it rest for half an hour
After this time work the dough on the countertop for a few minutes, shape it as desired and put it in a greased loaf pan, cover again and let it rise until it has doubled in volume
At this point put it in the oven at the highest temperature for the first 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake for half an hour
As soon as it comes out of the oven brush the surface with liquid honey
