Add a pinch of salt to the sifted flour and, whisking, dilute with milk poured in a thin stream
Add beaten eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons of melted butter
Let rest for 1 hour in a cool place
Cook the crepes by pouring the batter with a ladle into a non-stick skillet greased with butter
