Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt
In a bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar and gradually add the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine them well
Finally, add the egg whites
Pour into a butter-greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
