The ice cream dessert is a fresh and tasty treat perfect for summer. It consists of layers of blueberry ice cream, raspberry ice cream, and strawberry ice cream, alternated with slices of rectangular sponge cake soaked in kirsch. Finally, the dessert is decorated with powdered sugar and candied citron.

Preparation

Divide the sponge cake into 4 parts lengthwise
- STEP 2 OF 4
Sprinkle them with a little kirsch, spread the first with strawberry ice cream, place the second on top, spread it with raspberry ice cream, place the third on top, spread it with blueberry ice cream, then finish with the fourth
- STEP 3 OF 4
Place in the freezer for 40 minutes, then in the fridge for 1 hour

Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with the citron
