Ketchup sauce is a tomato-based sauce with onion, peppers, and spices. It has a sweet and slightly spicy flavor. Mix the tomatoes, onions, peppers, and garlic and cook everything for at least 45 minutes until the peppers become tender
Pass everything through a fine sieve
Boil everything for another 30 minutes

Simmer for no less than two hours, even three if necessary, stirring often until a very thick sauce is obtained. Remove the bag
Pour the mixture into sterilized and hot glass jars and seal tightly
Alternatively, you can sterilize everything after sealing by immersing in a pot of water that will be brought to a boil and left to boil for about 45 minutes and let cool in the container without touching
