Preparation

Separate the rosemary leaves from the woody part, which you will discard, and chop them together with the prosciutto
- STEP 2 OF 3
Lard the kid goat with the prepared mixture, grease it with butter, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then place it in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes
- STEP 3 OF 3
Remove the kid goat from the oven, cut it into pieces, arrange it on a plate, pour the cooking juices over it, and serve hot
