
Lamb with parsley is a delicious dish from Italian tradition. Prepare the filling.
Finely chop or blend the 4 cloves of garlic, the crumbled bread, and the parsley.
Add a pinch of salt and the butter, then mix well.
Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, place it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
Arrange the racks in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper, and drizzle the oil over them.
Surround with the unpeeled garlic cloves and the thyme passed in the dish's oil.
Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and distribute the filling over the meat which will slowly melt.
Serve immediately with your preferred side dish.
