Prepare the filling
Finely chop or blend the 4 cloves of garlic, the crumbled breadcrumbs, and the parsley
Add a pinch of salt and the butter, then mix well
Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, place it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap
Arrange the racks in a baking dish
Salt, pepper, and drizzle with oil
Evenly distribute the unpeeled cloves of garlic and the thyme in the oil of the baking dish
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and spread the filling on the meat which will gradually melt
Serve immediately
