
Lemon Granita

Preparation

Mix the lemon juice with water and sugar, pour it into a plastic container, and put it in the freezer
- STEP 2 OF 5
After two hours, break the mixture into pieces and put it back in the freezer
- STEP 3 OF 5
Repeat this process a couple more times to give the granita its characteristic grainy texture
- STEP 4 OF 5
To achieve the same result more quickly, you can put the frozen mixture directly into a blender at medium speed or scrape a large piece of ice with the appropriate tool and then pour the mixture over it
