Prepare the syrup with limoncello and the syrup made with sugar and water
Combine the cold cream with mascarpone and gently whipped cream
Soak the colomba in the limoncello syrup, layer with the mascarpone mixture, and create two layers
Refrigerate for 2 hours and sprinkle with crushed toasted almonds
